It looks like the Horses for Clean Water group is putting on a few equine-centered seminars this spring. Unfortunately the email was hiding in my inbox so the first date has already passed. There are still 2 upcoming events that look very applicable to pasture and waste management. If you are interested in attending, the contact information is on the flyer.
